How to reset a deck on anki.

I have downloaded the All in One Kanji Deck but the order seems a bit odd : the first kanji the deck gives me is a gradeS+ kanji. But the author of the deck said that it should start with the grade 1 until 6. I don't know if it is possible to reorder a deck with certains tags first.
