It's mad that the one X performs better (for this game) than the series S. Edit: you can try using the 60fps unlock mod. Seems to help my one x modded play through a lot. That is just an issue with Xbox One S. You could try the BOSTON FPS fix, but it seems that most people had to get a different Xbox.
