I always recommend to put a wood dowel down the cylinder (remove both plugs) and turn it over by hand (either from under the tractor or with engine removed) and mark the rod at the spot where the cylinder is the highest. Do both cylinders they should be the same.Turn the adjustment screw on the spark tester to 4.2 mm or 0.166 inches. Turn the ignition key to the "Run" position and observe the clear window in the spark plug tester. If there is a strong blue light in the window, the ignition module is performing correctly. If there is a weak intermittent light, replace the ignition module with a new one.

None of those readings are enough out of nominal to be concerned about... It looks like your jumper to 12 volts is done correctly -- so if the other terminal of the coil is getting switched up and down it should provide spark.
